At Jiamin Clothing, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
✅ Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
✅ All original tags and packaging intact
✅ No stains, odors, or damages
✅ Not marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Note: Items such as undergarments, swimwear, and accessories may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our customer support team by filling out the form here with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and use a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Processing & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 15 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 30 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures you get your preferred product before it sells out!

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 05 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:
🚫 Items marked “Final Sale”
🚫 Gift cards
🚫 Undergarments, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
