Quality Issues: If the product has quality issues, please contact customer service with relevant photos within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a return or exchange, with shipping costs covered by us.
Non-Quality Issues: For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, items must be unused, with intact tags and original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Customized or washed items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
